This training was designed to help frontline staff who interact directly with county residents recharge both physically and mentally, as well as share their feelings with one another.

The program featured a variety of activities, including singing bowl and aromatherapy experiences, a healing tea time with the governor, and a Five Elements and Five Senses experience by the Healing Club. In particular, the 'healing tea time,' where the governor and civil complaint officers engaged in open and honest discussions, became a valuable opportunity to share various opinions.

Participants shared their thoughts, saying, "It was a precious time to set aside the stress from work and heal together with colleagues in nature."

Governor Jeon Jinseon stated, "I hope that, even in our busy daily lives, we can create a happier workplace culture by finding moments of relaxation and sharing laughter together. We will continue to introduce various healing programs and support measures so that staff members dedicated to serving county residents at the frontlines can work in good physical and mental health."

Meanwhile, Yangpyeong County operates job stress relief training for civil complaint officers every year in both the first and second halves, striving to improve employee welfare and enhance the quality of civil service. These efforts are expected to increase job satisfaction among public officials and contribute to improving the quality of civil complaint services.
