Ulsan Responds to Youth's Questions About the Future... 'Ulsan Toktok' Held

Communication Meeting with University Student Volunteers on the 17th

On November 17 at 11:00 a.m., Ulsan City will host a communication meeting titled 'Ulsan Toktok' at the U-Star Hall on the 6th floor of the Jongha Innovation Center. The event aims to discuss Ulsan's future and ways to spread a culture of sharing, together with the university student volunteer group.

This event has been organized to allow members who are engaged in warm-hearted volunteer activities across various sectors of the local community to share their experiences and to listen to the diverse opinions of young people.

The event will be attended by around 20 people, including Ulsan Mayor Kim Dookyum and members of the Ulsan University Student Volunteer Group.

The main topics of discussion include strategies to promote a culture of volunteer participation and youth support policies.

In particular, during the meeting, volunteer group members will have an honest conversation about what they have felt in the field, as well as practical concerns such as employment and career paths.

In his opening remarks, Mayor Kim Dookyum stated, "The warm touch of young people is making Ulsan a better place to live," adding, "Your passion and spirit of volunteerism are the driving force that brightens Ulsan's future and powers the journey toward becoming the AI capital of Korea."

'Ulsan Toktok' is regarded as more than just a meeting; it is seen as a policy turning point for Ulsan as it moves toward becoming a people-centered AI capital.

Ulsan City plans to continue promoting the 'Toktok Series,' which directly engages with the younger generation in various fields, to further strengthen citizen-centered governance.
