LG Electronics is expanding the customer experience as a lifestyle platform by newly introducing the 'Home Style' service on its online brand shop, offering living products and interior suggestions that complement home appliances.
Home Style is a service that curates and recommends premium living brands that harmonize with LG home appliances, helping customers easily and conveniently design their spaces.
On November 17, LG Electronics announced that it had noticed most customers using its online brand shop show strong interest in living products such as furniture and lighting during the process of purchasing home appliances. In particular, this service was developed for customers who find it difficult to select products or receive expert advice when decorating their spaces.
Home Style provides a 'one-stop' solution that reduces the hassle of searching separately for home appliances and living products, enabling customers to explore, purchase, consult, and arrange interior installations all in one place.

원본보기 아이콘The service features more than 400 domestic and international brands of furniture, lighting, kitchen, and household goods, as well as over 20,000 products, including Knoll, Alloso, Jackson Chameleon, and Museum of Modern Kitchen. Among them, premium brands such as Porro, Rolf Benz, and Cane Collection are presented exclusively, with each brand’s design philosophy and product information provided to enhance understanding.
Reflecting the latest interior trends, the service also offers styling images for each space-living room, kitchen, bedroom, study-considering colors and materials that match with home appliances. For example, if a Whisen air conditioner is installed in the living room, the platform presents a space image that combines a sofa, rug, and lighting in matching tones. Customers can use these images as references to decorate their spaces and purchase related products directly from the images.
Customers who find it difficult to design their spaces can receive one-on-one personalized consulting from professional home stylists. These stylists, comprised of industry experts, recommend home appliances and living products tailored to the customer’s space layout and lifestyle. If remodeling is required, the service also supports connections with interior construction partners.
LG Electronics plans to further develop Home Style into a customer-participation platform. By operating a community where users can share reviews and styling know-how, the company aims to strengthen communication among customers.
To celebrate the launch of the service, flagship products from Home Style partner brands will be offered at discounted prices. Customers who purchase both Home Style products and home appliances together will receive up to 3% off home appliances and up to 10% off furniture, lighting, and other items, for eligible products. Until December 8, the 'LG Home Week' promotion will also be held, featuring weekly special offers, first-come-first-served coupons, prize events, and various other benefits during the event period.
Jang Jinhyuk, Executive Vice President and Head of Korea Online Group at LG Electronics, said, "From the moment customers select home appliances to the moment they complete their spaces, they can experience it all at the online brand shop (LGE.COM). We will gradually expand this platform to complete our customers’ lifestyles and deliver a differentiated customer experience."
