The company explained that the campaign name reflects not just the idea of running for a long time, but also the hope of fostering long-term mutual growth with small business owners. The campaign will be held in two formats: online and offline.

The online event will be available from the following day until the 30th of this month through the KakaoPay pedometer service. Step counts will be tracked from the moment of registration. If the total accumulated steps reach 1 billion, KakaoPay will donate 1 billion won to the Together Foundation.

Users can check the total accumulated steps, their personal contribution, and their ranking on the pedometer service homepage.

The offline event will take place at 9 a.m. on December 6 at Hanam Misajeong Park in Gyeonggi Province. Participants will run 10 kilometers with Sean. Registration for the offline event will be open to the first 5,000 applicants starting the day after the announcement. Fifty participants will be selected through an online event. The entry fee for the offline event is 50,000 won.

Those who miss the first-come, first-served offline registration can still enter by participating in the online event. Walking more than 10,000 steps per day increases the chances of being selected. Fifty winners will receive an offline event entry ticket and a commemorative gift package.

CEO Shin said, “We hope that, in line with the campaign slogan ‘Run Together, For Longer,’ many users will enjoy walking and running while experiencing the joy of giving and the value of mutual growth in everyday life.”
