On Tuesday, November 11, cold air descending from the north will blanket the Korean Peninsula, causing morning temperatures to drop by about 4 to 7 degrees Celsius and bringing early winter conditions for commuters.
The morning low will range from -1 to 7 degrees Celsius, and the daytime high will be between 13 and 18 degrees Celsius, which is similar to or slightly lower than the seasonal average.

Major regional temperatures are as follows: Seoul 3 to 14 degrees, Incheon 4 to 13 degrees, Suwon 2 to 14 degrees, Chuncheon -1 to 14 degrees, Gangneung 5 to 14 degrees, Cheongju 4 to 14 degrees, Daejeon 3 to 15 degrees, Jeonju 4 to 14 degrees, Gwangju 5 to 15 degrees, Daegu 4 to 15 degrees, Busan 7 to 18 degrees, and Jeju 10 to 17 degrees.
There will be occasional clouds across the country, but skies will gradually clear from the afternoon.
Fine dust concentrations will remain at 'good' to 'moderate' levels nationwide, as the air stays clean and vertical air circulation remains smooth.
