Hanshin Engineering & Construction stated that it received high marks for its contributions to improving working conditions for employees through a variety of welfare programs and support, with the vision of building a "dynamic organizational culture."
Following its selection as an "Excellent Institution for Supporting Culture and the Arts" last year, Hanshin Engineering & Construction has continued to operate as a culture- and leisure-centered company by obtaining leisure-friendly certification this year.
A representative from Hanshin Engineering & Construction said, "We are expanding ESG management and continuously carrying out various projects to improve the quality of life for our employees. Initiatives such as participation in business through art and the introduction of a platform to encourage walking habits are part of these efforts, and this certification is a meaningful achievement that recognizes our efforts externally."
