On November 7, morning lows are expected to range from 4 to 14 degrees Celsius, with afternoon highs between 17 and 22 degrees Celsius, so there will be no significant cold. Forecasted minimum and maximum temperatures for major cities are as follows: Seoul 9 and 20 degrees, Incheon 9 and 18 degrees, Daejeon 7 and 20 degrees, Gwangju 9 and 21 degrees, Daegu 8 and 20 degrees, Ulsan 10 and 19 degrees, and Busan 14 and 21 degrees.

The temperature difference between day and night will reach around 15 degrees Celsius, especially in inland areas. From early morning until around 10 a.m. on November 7, dense fog reducing visibility to less than 200 meters is expected in southern inland Gyeonggi, inland Gangwon, Chungcheong, inland Honam, inland Gyeongbuk, and western inland Gyeongnam. In other regions, fog may form with visibility dropping below 1 kilometer.

In the mountainous areas of Gangwon, low clouds carried by easterly winds will bring dense fog at night. Similarly, due to the influence of easterly winds, Gangwon Yeongdong may see light rain totaling 5 to 10 millimeters from late afternoon on November 7 until midday on November 8, while the northern coastal area of Gyeongbuk may receive less than 5 millimeters of rain from early morning until noon on November 8.

Until Saturday, November 8, the tidal force of the moon will be strong, resulting in higher-than-normal sea levels during the spring tide period. Coastal low-lying areas should take precautions to prevent flooding during high tide.
