Korea Development Bank Holds "Sharing Love Kimchi Making" Event

Korea Development Bank announced that it held the "Sharing Love Kimchi Making" event in the front yard of its headquarters in Yeouido, Seoul, from November 4 to November 6, 2025.

The Sharing Love Kimchi Making event has been jointly organized every year since 2008 by Korea Development Bank and the Seoul Saemaeul Association. This year, around 370 volunteers, including employees and their families from Korea Development Bank and members of the Seoul Saemaeul Women’s Association, participated to prepare 7,200 heads of kimchi. The kimchi will be delivered to 2,000 households across 25 districts in Seoul, 40 welfare facilities, and 9 organizations partnered with Korea Development Bank.

Park Sangjin, Chairman of Korea Development Bank, stated, "I hope that the care and sincerity put into every step of the preparation process will bring comfort and hope to our neighbors as we approach the cold winter," adding, "As a leading policy financial institution, we will continue to practice the values of sharing and mutual growth."
