According to the Gangdong Police Station, Seoul, at around 10:20 a.m. on November 4, a stabbing rampage took place in a commercial building in Cheonho-dong, resulting in three people being transported to the hospital.

A police official stated, "All three victims are not in life-threatening condition and are receiving treatment at the hospital," adding, "The male suspect has been apprehended and is under investigation."
