[Photo] Kim Keonhee's Mother and Brother Appear Before Special Prosecutor

Choi Eunsun, the mother of Kim Keonhee, and Kim Jinwoo, Kim Keonhee's older brother, appeared at the special prosecutor's office set up at the Gwanghwamun KT Building in Seoul on November 4 to be questioned as suspects. The special prosecutor plans to investigate allegations of preferential treatment in the Yangpyeong Gongheung District development involving Kim Keonhee's family, as well as the two individuals. This is the first time Choi Eunsun has been summoned by the special prosecutor, and both are being investigated as suspects on charges including loss of state funds under the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes.
