HF Launches 'HF 365 Financial Safety Week'

The Korea Housing Finance Corporation (hereinafter referred to as HF) announced on November 3 that it will operate the 'HF 365 Financial Safety Week' for the first time until November 7.

HF plans to use social networking service (SNS) channels to share guidelines for preventing financial fraud and methods for responding to such incidents. For customers using the Bogeumjari Loan, HF will send text messages providing information on how to verify the authenticity of messages impersonating the corporation.

In addition, HF will conduct simulation response training to check its response system and follow-up management in the event of call center service disruptions caused by computer system failures, such as hacking.

Kim Kyunghwan, President of Korea Housing Finance Corporation, stated, "Going forward, we will contribute to creating a safe financial environment where the public can feel secure, through systematic responses to protect financial consumers."
