This event was organized in collaboration with local organizations such as the Uijeongbu Job Center and the Uijeongbu Senior Club to provide customized employment opportunities for middle-aged job seekers.

The "Gyeonggi-do 5070 Job Fair" is an integrated job event supporting employment for the middle-aged, offering a range of services focused on practical job placement, from recruitment consultations to career redesign programs.

At the venue, leading companies in the province such as Bumin Transport and The Ribbon Co., Ltd. conducted on-site interviews. In addition, more than 40 companies accepted resumes through indirect recruitment methods, expanding employment opportunities. With a wide variety of industries and job types included, participants had a broader range of choices.

Over 500 job seekers visited the event, participated in actual interviews, and took part in various programs such as resume and cover letter clinics, career coaching, financial counseling, and senior promising job experience sessions for career redesign consulting, resulting in high satisfaction. Local employment-related organizations operated promotional booths to help job seekers explore suitable positions and establish concrete career plans.

This job fair was held as part of the "Gyeonggi 5070 Gray it-job tour." The "Gray it-job tour" combines "Gray," symbolizing the middle-aged, with "it-job tour," a series of job fairs touring cities and counties. The Gyeonggi-do Job Foundation plans to create a continuous hiring environment for the middle-aged through regional fairs in the northern and southern parts of Gyeonggi-do and touring job fairs across cities and counties.
