On September 18, the Construction Division of Samsung C&T signed a residential service memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Kyungjin Management, announcing the phased introduction of Homeniq to Incheon Gajwa Doosan We've Trezioum (1,757 households) and Ansan Junghung S-Class The First (1,021 households), both currently managed by Kyungjin Management.
Through this collaboration, Homeniq will extend its scope beyond new developments to existing apartment complexes that require improved management efficiency, creating an environment where residents can easily access and share information relevant to their daily lives. Residents will be able to use key communication-focused features such as viewing announcements, accessing community boards, and receiving updates on complex events as a priority.
Additionally, exclusive services like the "Homeniqers Club" and "Homeniq Group Buy" will allow residents to purchase carefully selected branded products under favorable conditions. Communication spaces based on resident verification, such as "Modu Chat," and small group functions within the complex, are also expected to promote active interaction among residents. Each complex will offer a variety of programs, including sharing of goods, tennis and book clubs, and other community activities.
Samsung C&T plans to gradually expand its management efficiency system through its partnership with Kyungjin Management. Homeniq is expected to enable integrated management of various functions, including move-in reservation management, facility reservations, fire safety inspections, and resident voting.
Offline promotions for residents of each complex are also being held. Incheon Gajwa Doosan We've Trezioum operated a sign-up booth, prize giveaways, and mini quizzes from October 24 to 26, receiving a strong response from residents through various participatory events. Ansan Junghung S-Class The First will continue with on-site promotions from October 31 to November 2. The plan is to provide engaging, experiential events for residents at each complex where Homeniq is introduced.
A Samsung C&T representative stated, "Homeniq is a platform that creates 'Change Better'-a better change that can be felt by both residents and management entities," adding, "Through collaboration with Kyungjin Management and various other management offices, we will continue to expand service innovation to existing apartment complexes."
