Kim Younggon, Chairman of the Seoul Metropolitan Chapter of the Korea Housing Construction Association, is delivering his inaugural remarks at the 22nd General Assembly for 2025 held on the 29th at the Kensington Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul. Korea Housing Construction Association

The Korea Housing Construction Association announced on the 29th that Kim Younggon, CEO of JibgwaSaram, has been elected as the 12th Chairman of the Seoul Metropolitan Chapter.

Chairman Kim stated, "I feel a heavy sense of responsibility as I take on this important role at a time when both domestic and international conditions surrounding the housing construction environment are challenging."

He continued, "Drawing on my experience and drive as someone who has dedicated my career to the housing construction industry, I will overcome the current crisis facing our sector. For the sustainable future of the association, I will focus on nurturing talent and devote all my efforts to the advancement of the industry through unity and communication."

The Seoul Metropolitan Chapter of the Korea Housing Construction Association plans to overcome the stagnant housing construction environment under the leadership of Chairman Kim Younggon, and to promote the interests and development of the housing construction industry in the Seoul area.
