Yeongju City Offers Additional 5% Accumulation on Yeongju Love Gift Certificates for Korea Grand Festival

Yeongju City will hold a 5% additional accumulation event for the Yeongju Love Gift Certificate (mobile) to stimulate local consumption in line with the government's nationwide integrated discount festival, the Korea Grand Festival.

This event will run for 12 days from October 29 to November 9, and during the event period, customers who pay at affiliated stores with Yeongju Love Gift Certificates will receive an additional 5% accumulation on top of the existing 15% basic accumulation, for a maximum benefit of up to 20%.

The additional 5% accumulation will be applied separately from the monthly accumulation limit (120,000 won), so citizens are expected to enjoy even greater benefits.

The monthly purchase limit for Yeongju Love Gift Certificates will remain unchanged at 800,000 won, and the event may end early without prior notice if the budget is exhausted.

For paper gift certificates, the 15% pre-discount rate will be maintained, but starting November 1, the monthly purchase limit will be reduced from the current 400,000 won to 200,000 won.

Yoo Junggeun, Acting Mayor of Yeongju City, stated, "This additional accumulation event, which is being promoted in line with the government's Korea Grand Festival, will provide practical help in revitalizing local consumption and restoring commercial districts," and encouraged citizens to actively participate during the event period before the budget runs out.
