SK AX to Build Digital System for Woori Investment & Securities: "Customer-Centric AI Transformation"

On October 28, SK AX announced that it has launched a project to build a digital system for Woori Investment & Securities, based on artificial intelligence transformation (AX).

This project covers financial services for customers, internal work processes, product configurations, utilization of customer data, and system development frameworks.

Previously, SK AX carried out digital transformation projects for major securities firms such as Hana Securities and Korea Investment & Securities.

SK AX will first implement a unified platform system that allows various channels to be operated on a single platform. By integrating digital branches and external sales channels into one platform, the company will provide an environment where customers can receive information and subscribe to the same products in the same way.

The company will also establish an integrated account-based product management system that enables the management of a variety of financial investment products-including stocks, overseas stocks, bonds, and funds-within a single account. This is expected to allow asset transfers and management between products without the need to open additional accounts.

SK AX will further advance its customer data analysis and management system by building a "single view"-based customer management framework that integrates customer information, transaction history, investment tendencies, and asset composition into a single screen.

SK AX will also fully introduce its proprietary artificial intelligence (AI)-based development automation platform, DAVIS. DAVIS automates the entire development process, including system analysis, design, coding, and testing, while simultaneously tracking and managing design change histories and impact in real time.
