This year, he won three times on the PGA Tour Americas (third division), becoming the money leader and earning promotion to the Korn Ferry Tour (second division) for next year. By winning this tournament, he secured a direct spot on the main tour without needing to compete in the Korn Ferry Tour.
Rico Hoey (Philippines) shot four under par to finish second (18-under-par 266). Six players, including Pearson Coodie and David Ford (both USA), tied for third place (16-under-par 268). Last year's champion, Matt McCarty (USA), also finished in a tie for third.
