The project has been underway according to the urban regeneration revitalization plan and is scheduled to continue through 2025.
The newly completed Public Cooperation Center was built at 845-8 Geumgok-ri, Cheongsong-eup, after demolishing the existing former public health center building. The new facility consists of one basement level and five above-ground floors, with a total floor area of 2,966 square meters. It serves as a community space equipped with various lifestyle infrastructure, including a multipurpose auditorium, a village sharing space, a shared kitchen, and a shared office.
Cheongsong County plans to provide a hub facility for resident community exchange and ensure ongoing post-management to further activate the use of the center in the future.
Governor Yoon Kyunghee stated, "I hope the Public Cooperation Center, as an integrated communication space, will become a central hub for residents to gather and interact as part of their daily cultural life. I ask for your continued interest and active use of the Public Cooperation Center, and I will strive for regional revitalization and development."
