Homnic Launches Hyperlocal Activity Classes for Residents to Enjoy Together with Neighbors

Samsung C&T's residential platform "Homnic" has announced the launch of a new resident-participation hyperlocal service designed to bring fresh vitality to the daily lives of local residents.

The newly introduced hyperlocal service features five types of activity classes that go beyond simply providing local information. These experiential programs allow residents to actively participate, interact with neighbors, and discover new value within their community. This initiative is part of Homnic’s core value, "Change Better," which aims to improve all aspects of customers’ lives.

With the launch of these classes, Homnic aims to present a blueprint for hyperlocal services that enrich residents’ lifestyles by connecting local human and material resources.

The program will be held in the Banpo Hangang Park area from late October through November and consists of five activities: the "Running Start & Level-Up Class" with Adidas Runners coach Park Yujin; the "Post-Marathon Recovery Run" with physical therapist and crew leader Baek Jihoon; the "Outdoor Pilates to Enjoy Autumn" with professional Pilates instructor Kang Minji; and the "Banpo Hangang Park Chimaek Run!" with running influencer Choi Seungmin, among others.

Each class is conducted with experts and well-known influencers in their respective fields, ensuring both professionalism and enjoyment. Participants can receive systematic guidance while enjoying exercise and naturally connect with neighbors who share similar interests, forming new relationships.

Homnic plans to promote the appeal of the program and foster a spontaneous community culture through authentic participant reviews. Participants will receive various benefits, including BCAA beverages to enhance exercise performance and on-site photo and video shoots for social media uploads.

In addition to launching these activity classes, Homnic is accelerating the development of hyperlocal services that are more closely connected to residents’ daily lives. Notably, Homnic has previously offered the "Homnic Pumasi" service, which connects certified neighbors within the complex for pet care, child care, and senior care-services that previously had to be entrusted to unknown individuals.
