'Cheongju Lotte Castle Signature,' currently being sold in Gangseo-dong, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju, announced the results of its lottery on October 22 and will be accepting qualification documents from successful applicants from Saturday, October 25 to Tuesday, October 28, 2025.

This complex attracted significant interest, recording a maximum subscription competition rate of 17.6 to 1 for the 84㎡ type. Out of a total of 962 units, 459 units of the 67㎡, 76㎡, and 84㎡ types are available for general sale.
