CareDoc Secures 31 Billion Won Through Operational Senior Housing PF

Opening the Door for Senior Housing Investment
Setting a New Standard for Nursing Facility PF Models

CareDoc announced on the 21st that it has secured a total investment of 31 billion won by attracting senior housing project financing (PF) based on its operational business through its premium senior housing brand, Care Home Premio.

This investment is a case where financial institutions were led to invest by focusing on the revenue structure of senior housing operations. CareDoc explained that the core factor driving the investment was the company’s capabilities in the senior housing sector. Among domestic senior care companies, CareDoc has established itself as a market leader by developing and operating senior housing projects. Its operational system, which goes beyond simple sales to focus on high-quality care and residential services, is considered a unique competitive advantage. Hyundai Motor Securities, the lead manager, highly evaluated the stable profitability of CareDoc’s senior residential operation business model and took the lead in forming the PF.

The PF project, Care Home Premio, is a new high-end senior housing brand introduced by CareDoc. As an upgraded model from the flagship senior residential brand Care Home, it focuses on providing customized premium facilities to enhance the quality of life in old age. The goal is to create a differentiated, high-quality living environment through senior-friendly structural design and interior, an operational system that integrates Internet of Things (IoT) technology and healthcare solutions, and a segmented service offering.

The project is led by subsidiaries such as Care Home Premio Gwonsun No.1 and Care Home Premio Gwonsun No.2, with Care Operation, a senior housing operation specialist, in charge of operations. CareDoc directly manages the entire process of development and operation using its own expertise. The development is currently underway in Gwonsun-dong, Gwonsun-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi Province, with one basement level and four floors above ground.

Park Jaebyung, CEO of CareDoc, stated, "Through the successful signing of this PF, our operational capabilities accumulated in the senior care market have been recognized," adding, "We hope this PF will not only contribute to expanding the senior housing market but also serve as an opportunity to demonstrate new possibilities for future nursing facility PF projects."
