Chia Phearou, Deputy Commissioner General of the Cambodian National Police, is heading to a meeting room at the National Police Agency in Seodaemun-gu, Seoul, on October 20, 2025, to meet with Yoo Jaeseong, Acting Commissioner General of the National Police Agency. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss responses to and cooperation on scam crimes (online fraud) targeting Koreans.
