The event took place on October 15 at the Creative Studio of Ganggu Information High School, with around 15 representatives and employees from local food companies in attendance.
The training was led by Professor Yoo In-sook of the Digital Convergence Education Institute, who was invited as the instructor. The curriculum covered △ an introduction to AI and its applications in marketing, △ research and summarization using generative AI, and △ hands-on practice in AI-based content creation. The program was tailored to be immediately applicable in business settings, receiving positive feedback from participants.
In particular, students from Ganggu Information High School participated in the training, allowing company representatives who might find computer use challenging to collaborate and receive assistance from the students, making the experience even more meaningful.
County Governor Kim Kwangyeol emphasized, "AI is no longer a choice, but an essential tool for enhancing corporate competitiveness," and added, "I hope this training will serve as a practical opportunity for local companies to effectively respond to the era of digital transformation and maximize marketing efficiency through the use of AI."
