Samsung C&T's residential platform 'Homeniq' is rapidly expanding not only to newly built apartments but also to existing complexes. Based on its outstanding services that offer convenience to both management offices and residents, it is quickly increasing its market share. In particular, Homeniq is energizing entire complexes by hosting heartwarming events that anyone, regardless of age or gender, can participate in.

Suwon Gwonsun 5 Sangnok Apartment (256 households) newly introduced the Homeniq parking management system on September 25. As a complex built in 2001, the previously cumbersome vehicle registration and visitor vehicle management processes have been greatly improved, now possible with a single mobile app. The apartment management office has also reportedly seen positive effects in terms of work and cost efficiency.

In the newly built Pyeongtaek Seokjeong Park Hwaseong Dream Park (1,296 households), which began occupancy in July, Homeniq was fully implemented from the outset. Home IoT, shared facility reservations, and parking management services were simultaneously established, allowing residents to reserve and use community facilities such as the golf practice range, cafeteria, and reading room through the app. The introduction of the highly developed Homeniq residential platform has been praised for creating a much more convenient living environment.

Residents have continued to respond positively following the adoption of Homeniq. One resident of Gwonsun 5 Sangnok Apartment remarked, "Because the apartment is old, parking was inconvenient, but with Homeniq, the convenience has improved beyond comparison. I hope even more of Homeniq's services will be introduced, not just parking."

Meanwhile, Homeniq has also received high praise for its offline, resident-participation promotions at complexes where the service is applied. These events are designed not only to express gratitude to customers in person but also to hear their stories directly for further service development. This approach sets Homeniq apart from other platforms, which typically limit themselves to elevator advertisements or sign-up booths.

At these events, residents can enjoy a festive and relaxed atmosphere, with activities such as sign-up assistance booths, service explanations, a roulette event, photo booth, lucky draw, balloon art (clown), and coffee truck. This is part of a 'warm platform strategy' that enables even digitally vulnerable groups to participate naturally. Homeniq is thus recognized for going beyond simple app distribution to actively improving residents' lifestyle culture.

In fact, Homeniq has already held offline promotions at Gwonsun 5 Sangnok Apartment (September 25-27) and Pyeongtaek Seokjeong Park Hwaseong Dream Park (October 16-18), and plans to hold additional promotions at Incheon Gajwa Doosan We've Trezioum and Ansan Junghung S-Class The First, both managed by Gyeongjin Management, where Homeniq is also applied.

A Homeniq representative stated, "For us, it's not just about system implementation; we value the process of enjoying and experiencing together with residents. We will focus on realizing the message of 'Change Better' in both new and existing complexes."
