'Doosan We’ve The Zenith Gumi' will consist of nine buildings with three basement levels and up to 39 above-ground floors, totaling 1,372 units. Of these, 403 units will be offered to the general public, including: 26 units with an exclusive area of 59㎡, 8 units of 74㎡A, 4 units of 74㎡B, 184 units of 84㎡A, 113 units of 84㎡B, 64 units of 108㎡, and 4 units of 152㎡P.

Among these, a total of 190 units are being offered today as part of the special supply. This includes 39 units for multi-child families, 77 units for newlyweds, 30 units for first-time homebuyers, 11 units for households supporting elderly parents, and 33 units recommended by institutions. Since each special supply category has different eligibility requirements regarding income, number of children, and period of support, it is important for applicants to carefully review the detailed qualifications in the tenant recruitment notice before applying.

Following the special supply, the schedule for 'Doosan We’ve The Zenith Gumi' continues with first-priority applications on Tuesday, October 21, and second-priority applications on Wednesday, October 22. To qualify for the first-priority application on Tuesday, October 21, applicants must be at least 19 years old, have been enrolled in a subscription savings account for at least six months, and meet the deposit requirements for their region and unit size. Residents of Gumi, Daegu Metropolitan City, and North Gyeongsang Province are eligible, regardless of household head status or the number of homes owned. Additionally, there are no restrictions on resale, re-winning, or mandatory residency, which is expected to attract both end-users and investors.

This project stands out for its exceptional contract terms designed to ease the financial burden on buyers. 'Doosan We’ve The Zenith Gumi' offers interest-free loans for interim payments and a fixed contract deposit system: 10 million won (first installment) and 5% of the total price, further reducing the financial burden for prospective residents.
