Capella The Club, which opened in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, operates as a private membership club exclusively for residents of Leell Upper House and Capella Residence Seoul.

A new space has opened in Heonin Village, Seocho-gu, Seoul, allowing visitors to preview the community experience. On October 16, Capella The Club (Capella Residences Seoul Club) opened its doors in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul. Operated directly by the global luxury hotel brand Capella Hotel Group, this membership community is exclusively available to residents of Leell Upper House and Capella Residence Seoul.

The opening ceremony was attended by VIP clients and stakeholders, and included a traditional beam-raising ritual. Traditionally, this ceremony involves placing the main beam to wish for the completion of a house. On this occasion, it was reinterpreted in a modern way to symbolize "the moment when the community comes together to build a home."

On the first basement level of Capella The Club in Hannam-dong, there is a stylish boxing club that combines LP music and contemporary art. The second-floor living room serves as a signature space embodying the core philosophy of Capella Hotel Group. On the third floor, the "Dining Room by Willotte" restaurant, designed by renowned designer Christian Liaigre, is located, while the rooftop lounge on the top floor features menus created by Chef Edward Lee, who blends Korean ingredients with global culinary sensibilities.

Within the club, residents can also enjoy works by renowned artists through the world-famous art gallery Thaddaeus Ropac. This is considered a distinctive feature, providing residents with daily inspiration through art.

Heonin Village is a premium residential complex nestled within a 56,000-pyeong (approximately 185,000 square meters) forest, offering a location that feels like "owning a forest" in Gangnam. The development will consist of 222 units at Leell Upper House and around 30 units at Capella Residence Seoul, totaling approximately 260 residences, with move-ins scheduled for 2027 and 2028, respectively.

Leell Upper House operates an on-site observation deck where visitors can directly view the entire landscaping and construction progress. In addition, the Leell Upper House Gallery at Ttukseom Park along the Han River offers a sensory experience of the brand's philosophy and the value of the forest. Both spaces are accessible by advance reservation only.
