Lotte Engineering & Construction to Begin Special Supply for "Cheongju Lotte Castle Signature" on October 14

Cheongju Lotte Castle Signature, located in Gangseo-dong, Heungdeok-gu, Cheongju, North Chungcheong Province, will officially begin its sales process tomorrow (October 14) with the start of special supply subscription applications.

On October 15, first-priority subscription applications will be accepted, followed by second-priority applications on October 16. The announcement of successful applicants will take place on October 22, and the official contract period will run from November 3 to November 5.

This complex will consist of a total of 962 units, featuring 10 buildings with 4 basement levels and 29 above-ground floors. The units are primarily mid- to small-sized types, which are highly preferred by actual homebuyers, with exclusive areas of 67㎡, 76㎡, and 84㎡. Of these, 459 units are available for general sale.
