Prime Minister Kim Minseok is speaking at the '1st 3+Alpha (α) Meeting' held on October 2, 2025, at the Prime Minister's Office in the Government Complex Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul. The meeting was attended by Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Economy and Finance Koo Yooncheol, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Science and ICT Bae Kyunghoon, as well as Prime Minister Kim. In future meetings, these three individuals are expected to remain as 'essential participants,' while additional attendees will be determined based on key issues at the time of each meeting.
