DK Asia provided a special autumn night for citizens from across the country through its sponsorship of the Royal Garden Festival Special Concert, offering a premium urban resort lifestyle along with opportunities for healthy relaxation and everyday healing. In particular, by hosting another large-scale special concert this year following last year’s success, the Royal Garden Festival has further elevated its status as a leading cultural and artistic event representing Incheon.

DK Asia announced that more than 10,000 people gathered for the Royal Garden Festival Special Concert, held as a celebration for the opening of the 'Buckwheat Flower and Hwangto Ten-Mile Road' in Geomdan on September 27, and that the event concluded successfully. This special moment, which provided autumn memories that will remain in the hearts of more people than ever before, will be cherished by all citizens as a precious memory.

This event, held at the special stage in Singeomdan Royal Park City II, was recorded as the most grand festival in terms of both stage size and audience numbers. The sight of pure white buckwheat flowers scattered by the wind created a truly dreamlike scene that captivated the hearts of citizens. Visitors took photos against the backdrop of the white buckwheat flowers, walked barefoot along the hwangto path before relaxing in the Foot Care Zone, and enjoyed a ride on the Royal Train to tour the beautiful landscaping and facilities of Singeomdan Royal Park City II. With these diverse attractions and activities, families, couples, and friends from Incheon and all over the country visited, further heightening the festive atmosphere.

The Royal Garden Festival Special Concert began with the 'Daebuk Media Art Show,' renowned for its grand drum performances and spectacular fireworks, igniting the hearts of the audience with dazzling lights and the powerful sound of drums. Following this, Oh Jung-hae, the renowned pansori singer who played Songhwa in the film "Seopyeonje," delivered the sound of Korea, impressively capturing the essence of the southern fields adorned with white buckwheat flowers. The 12-minute fireworks display that lit up the autumn night mesmerized the eyes and ears of everyone present. Popular singers Cho Jungmin, Wax, Kim Wonjun, and popera singer Arihyun took the stage, presenting a variety of performances and gifting the audience with beautiful and dreamlike memories of a special autumn night.

The 'Geomdan Buckwheat Flower and Hwangto Ten-Mile Road,' which opened on September 20, spans approximately 138,000 square meters (40,000 pyeong), making it the largest of its kind in Korea and the first nationwide to combine buckwheat flowers with a hwangto path. The hwangto path consists of five courses, with a total length exceeding ten ri (4.0 km) and reaching 4.5 km. Known for its fine and high-quality hwangto, it has become a top destination for barefoot walking enthusiasts from across the country, emerging as Incheon’s premier barefoot walking spot.

In addition, to allow visitors to rest comfortably after walking barefoot on the hwangto path, the largest Foot Care Zone in Korea, capable of accommodating more than 30 people at once, has been established. On Course E, 1,500 maple trees will be planted to create a maple tunnel that can be enjoyed in all four seasons, even after the festival.

The celebration for the opening of the Geomdan Buckwheat Flower and Hwangto Ten-Mile Road runs until October 31, with various busking performances, a free game zone, Royal Train tours, barefoot walking, and food zones taking place every Saturday at the Singeomdan Royal Park City II Flower Garden. These attractions offer a wide range of sights and activities for families, couples, neighbors, and all visitors.

Kim Jungmo, Chairman of DK Asia, stated, "With each edition, the Royal Garden Festival Special Concert not only achieves a higher level of quality in its performances but is also establishing itself as a leading cultural and artistic event in Incheon, attracting visitors from all over the country." He added, "We are deeply grateful to the more than 10,000 people who visited from across the nation and enjoyed the concert, photo opportunities with the buckwheat flowers, barefoot walking on the hwangto path, and the Royal Train experience we prepared."

He further stated, "DK Asia plans to create the largest and longest 'Buckwheat Flower and Hwangto Thirty-Mile Road' in Korea, spanning up to 12 km, along with a maple tunnel." He continued, "Through the Royal Garden Festival, we aim to establish this event as a leading cultural and artistic festival not only in Incheon but throughout the metropolitan area, where visitors can experience a premium resort lifestyle, healthy relaxation, and everyday healing within the city."
