Hoban Group announced on September 30 that it will make early payments totaling 117.8 billion won to its partner companies ahead of the Chuseok holiday, as part of its efforts to promote mutual growth. This measure aims to support the cash flow of partner companies facing difficulties due to the recent economic downturn, high interest rates, and rising raw material prices.
Hoban Group's construction affiliates, including Hoban Construction and Hoban Industry, will pay the full amount in cash on October 1, which is nine days earlier than the originally scheduled date of October 10. Prior to this, Taihan Electric Wire also completed early payments to its partner companies.
Hoban Group has consistently made early payments during periods of high cash demand for its partners, such as holidays. A Hoban Group representative stated, "We hope this early payment will help ease the operational burden on our partner companies and support their continued stable growth," adding, "We will continue to strengthen the foundation for mutual growth with our partners."
Meanwhile, Hoban Group has made win-win management its top priority and is carrying out various support activities for its partner companies. Since 2018, it has contributed more than 99.9 billion won to the Win-Win Cooperation Fund for Large, Small, and Medium Enterprises and Rural Communities. The group is also operating several mutual growth programs, including awards for outstanding partners, employee training, and ESG consulting support.
