Pocheon City in Gyeonggi Province, led by Mayor Baek Younghyun, held a meeting with the Federation of Korean Associations in the Americas (President Seo Jeongil) on the 28th and signed a business agreement to promote international exchange and economic and cultural development.

The signed agreement includes key provisions such as promoting friendship through increased exchanges between Pocheon City and various cities in the United States, fostering regional development through economic and cultural exchange, and sharing work to enhance mutual cooperation and achievements. Both Pocheon City and the Federation of Korean Associations in the Americas agreed to continue their joint efforts based on mutual respect and trust.
Mayor Baek Younghyun stated, "I hope this agreement will serve as an important opportunity to connect Pocheon's strengths with the world," adding, "Through close cooperation, we will develop Pocheon into a global network hub city that attracts worldwide attention."
