POSCO E&C is conducting the official contract signing for "The Sharp Shinpung Greenity Phase 2," which is being supplied in the Shinpung District 1 area of Gimhae, Gyeongsangnam-do, until September 30. This complex features a fixed first contract deposit of 5 million won and a full interest-free installment plan for the interim payment, which reduces the initial financial burden for buyers.

"The Sharp Shinpung Greenity Phase 2" will consist of six buildings with two basement levels and 29 above-ground floors, offering a total of 695 units with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 93 square meters. There are no restrictions on re-winning, mandatory residency periods, or resale, which is expected to attract significant interest from both end-users and investors.

This second phase has enhanced its product appeal by reflecting feedback from buyers during the first phase. All units are primarily oriented to the south. Since the southern side of the complex is planned as a detached housing area, residents will enjoy unobstructed, permanent views.

All 84-square-meter units come with an alpha room, a master bedroom walk-in closet, and an entrance storage space. The kitchen windows have been enlarged to improve ventilation. The 93-square-meter units feature an open balcony design that enhances the sense of space and allows for flexible use, such as a home cafe.

The Shinpung District 1 area, where the complex is located, is set to be developed into a new city-scale district together with the nearby Jangyu and Yulha districts. It will be equipped with abundant infrastructure for transportation, convenience, and education. Residents will have easy access to neighboring cities via Jangyu IC and Seogimhae IC. Once the Bujeon-Masan double-track railway opens, it will be possible to travel across the Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam (BUK) region within an hour. The complex is also close to the Gimhae Tourism Distribution Complex, making it easy to visit places like Lotte Water Park and Lotte Mart. In September 2027, Shinpung District 1 Elementary School is scheduled to open right next to the complex.
