13,000 Visitors in Three Days at the Opening of the Asan Mojong Seohan Idam Noblesse Model House

Seohan Co., Ltd. reported that the Asan Mojong Seohan Idam Noblesse model house, introduced in the Mojong Saetdeul District of Asan, South Chungcheong Province, saw a large turnout from the very first day of its opening. Over the first three days, a total of 13,000 people visited the model house. Visitors toured the interior units and the complex model, with many expressing positive feedback.


The main reason for the enthusiastic response from visitors is that this is the first project supplied by Seohan Co., Ltd. in Asan, South Chungcheong Province. Typically, construction companies pay particular attention to floor plans and community facilities for their first project in a region, as it often sets the standard for their brand image in the area.

In fact, a visitor to the Asan Mojong Seohan Idam Noblesse model house, Mr. Kim (age 39), said, "I like that they offer a variety of options, such as a four-bedroom flat layout preferred by actual homebuyers and a unit with a pantry instead of a fourth room to maximize storage space. Each has its own advantages, so I can't decide yet. I plan to visit again with my family over the weekend to choose the best option and then apply for the lottery."


Asan Mojong Seohan Idam Noblesse is being built in the Mojong Saetdeul District of Asan, South Chungcheong Province, with 10 buildings ranging from two basement levels to 29 stories above ground. Out of a total of 1,079 units, 969 are available for general sale.


The upcoming schedule includes a special supply allocation starting today (Monday, September 29), followed by first-priority applications on Tuesday, September 30, and second-priority applications on Wednesday, October 1. Winners will be announced on Thursday, October 16, and the contract signing for successful applicants will take place at the Asan Mojong Seohan Idam Noblesse model house from Monday, October 27 to Wednesday, October 29, over a three-day period.


The complex is located in Asan, a non-regulated area, which means the requirements for application are less strict compared to regulated areas. As a result, demand is expected from both end-users and investors. For Asan Mojong Seohan Idam Noblesse, anyone aged 19 or older who has been a member of the housing subscription savings program for at least six months and resides in Asan, South Chungcheong Province, Daejeon, or Sejong is eligible for first-priority application, regardless of home ownership or household head status. For first-priority in the local area, applicants must reside in Asan as of the announcement date, while for other areas, applicants must reside in South Chungcheong Province, Daejeon, or Sejong as of the announcement date.


For units under 85 square meters, 40% will be allocated based on a point system and 60% by lottery. For units over 85 square meters, 100% will be allocated by lottery. This increases the chances for younger buyers in their 20s and 30s, as well as newlyweds with lower subscription points, to secure a home through the lottery system, which is expected to drive high competition.


Additionally, since the complex is in a non-regulated area, there are no restrictions on re-winning, mandatory residence periods, or resale periods, allowing for immediate resale upon contract signing, which adds to its appeal.


On the ground level, Asan Mojong Seohan Idam Noblesse will be a car-free complex, providing residents with safe pedestrian spaces. Landscaping will be handled by Everscape, the landscaping brand of Samsung C&T Resort Division, ensuring residents can enjoy a high-quality living environment within the complex.


The complex is also expected to alleviate parking-related stress. With parking issues on the rise in residential complexes, Asan Mojong Seohan Idam Noblesse provides ample parking space, with 1.5 parking spots per household.


The community facilities are also differentiated. For the first time in Asan, an indoor gymnasium will be introduced, allowing residents to enjoy various sports and leisure activities year-round within the complex. Additional amenities include a guesthouse, indoor swimming pool, and golf practice range, making it convenient for residents to pursue their hobbies without leaving the complex.


Furthermore, a customized book curation service by Kyobo Bookstore will be introduced, analyzing residents' reading preferences to recommend books and stock the complex's library and lounge. Over the first two years after move-in, about 3,000 carefully selected new and steady-selling books will be provided, further enhancing the quality of life for residents.


A sky lounge will also be available, offering residents open views and a space for various social gatherings.


Transportation convenience is another advantage. Residents will have easy access to Seoul, the capital region, and nationwide destinations via Onyang Oncheon Station and the planned Punggi Station on Subway Line 1 and the planned GTX-C line, as well as Asan Intercity Bus Terminal and Cheonan Asan Station (KTX). By car, residents can easily reach downtown Asan and Cheonan via Oncheon-daero, and access nearby cities such as Cheonan and Dangjin through the Asan IC on the Dangjin-Cheongju Expressway, the Seohaean Expressway, the Gyeongbu Expressway, and various national highways.
