Hoban Group announced on September 29 that it will conduct its 2026 junior public recruitment.
Through this recruitment, Hoban Group aims to secure key talent to support the group's ongoing growth and strengthen the competitiveness of its affiliates. Six affiliates will participate in the recruitment: Hoban Construction, Hoban TBM, Taihan Electric Wire, Hoban Hotel & Resort, Hoban Property, and Daea Fruit & Vegetable.
The recruitment fields include management planning, architectural design, architecture, civil engineering, facilities, electricity, safety, production management, undersea construction, quality, R&D, overseas sales, marketing, content, business site operations, and agricultural product sales.
Applications will be accepted until October 12. The process will proceed in the following order: document screening, personality test, interview, and employment medical checkup. Detailed recruitment information can be found on the Hoban Group recruitment website (hoban.careerlink.kr).
Hoban Group explained that, in addition to hiring new employees, it will also operate the recruitment-linked 'Hoban Boost Internship' and the 'Junior Pro' program for candidates with 1 to 5 years of experience. Internship participants will work in practical departments for approximately four months and may be converted to full-time employees based on their evaluation results.
