The first Coach Cafe in Korea has opened at Lotte Mall Dongbusan Branch.
This project is a new type of integrated experiential space presented by the global fashion house Coach, combining a cafe and retail to offer customers a differentiated experience where they can enjoy both fashion and lifestyle at the same time.
The Coach Cafe features Coach's signature concept, blending the classic atmosphere of New York. Currently, it operates only in select countries such as the United States, Malaysia, and Singapore, and Lotte Mall Dongbusan Branch is the first location in Korea. It is expected to become an iconic spot in Asia as well.
This launch was planned in response to the recent growth of the Coach brand, particularly among Generation Z over the past two years. Coach's domestic sales have grown by 25% this year, and as the Y2K revival, fashion, and lifestyle convergence trends spread, the demand for integrated spaces connecting brands and customers is increasing.
The 660-square-meter Coach Cafe naturally connects a 165-square-meter cafe area with a 495-square-meter retail space, allowing customers to enjoy shopping and relaxation simultaneously.
The cafe menu reflects Coach's unique sensibility and offers a variety of desserts such as bagels, sandwiches, donuts, cookies, cakes, and ice cream, with hot chocolate featuring the Coach logo as a signature menu item.
To celebrate the opening, customers who purchase Coach products will receive a complimentary coffee coupon for the cafe, and those who present a cafe receipt when purchasing Coach products will receive a 5% discount.
Yoon Hyungjin, manager of Lotte Mall Dongbusan Branch, stated, "Coach Cafe is not just a store, but a platform where customers and the brand can connect on an emotional level. We will continue to provide special experiences to our customers through differentiated content and spaces."
