JYP Entertainment announced on September 29 that the group NMIXX will release their first full-length album "Blue Valentine," along with the title track of the same name, on October 13.
Previously, NMIXX unveiled the album’s concept images and teaser photos through their official social networking service accounts. In the photos, Lily, Haewon, Sullyoon, Bae, Jiwoo, and Kyujin display intense gazes against a black background, expressing their teamwork by touching cheeks or embracing each other.
The use of red and blue apples as objects also drew attention. Although the red apple is embedded with glass shards, the members hold it in their hands without hesitation. The blue apple is engraved with the phrase, "To you, whom I love the most but hate."
The first full-length album includes the title track "Blue Valentine," as well as "Podium" with lyrics by Haewon, "Crush On You" with lyrics by Lily, and "Reality Hurts." In addition, the album features 12 tracks in total, including "O.O Part 1 Baila" and "O.O Part 2 Superhero," both highly anticipated by fans, as well as "Spinnin' On It" and "Phoenix."
Following the album release, NMIXX will hold their first solo concert on November 29 and 30.
