PharmaResearch Sells Partial Stake in CTCBio to Bionote

PharmaResearch is selling its 50% stake in CTCBio to Bionote.

On September 26, the company explained that this decision is part of a restructuring of the governance structure aimed at establishing a responsible management system and strengthening execution capabilities at CTCBio.

PharmaResearch stated, "By transitioning CTCBio to a sole management system, we aim to enhance consistency in decision-making and execution, while PharmaResearch will be able to strategically focus its capabilities on its core businesses. This is a strategic choice to lay the foundation for such concentration."

Going forward, PharmaResearch plans to accelerate the advancement of its core regenerative medicine business and actively pursue the entry of 'Rejuran' into the European market.

The company will continue to maintain technological cooperation and a strategic partnership with CTCBio in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.
