Yugane, South Korea's leading dakgalbi franchise operated by Viol Food Global Co., Ltd. (CEO Kwon Jihoon), has launched a new menu item called "Triple Dakgalbi," targeting Millennials & Gen Z. This new dish allows customers to enjoy three types of dakgalbi on a single platter.
This new menu is an all-in-one platter that brings together two of Yugane's most popular items along with the newly launched Waruru series. The basic set includes Yugane Dakgalbi, Corn Cheese Dakgalbi, and a choice between Chipotle Waruru Dakgalbi or Cheongyang Waruru Dakgalbi, depending on personal preference. It also comes with a choice of noodles-ramyeon, jjolmyeon, or udon-making for an even more generous meal.
In particular, this menu is differentiated by Yugane as it relieves the dilemma of choosing just one dish among many, while emphasizing the fun of mixing and matching and respecting individual preferences-features specifically aimed at Millennials & Gen Z.
A Yugane representative stated, "Triple Dakgalbi is a menu that captures a variety of flavors on one platter, reflecting the lifestyle of Millennials & Gen Z customers who enjoy the fun of making choices," adding, "We hope it will become a hit menu that satisfies everyone, from solo diners to friends, couples, and families of all ages."
Meanwhile, the two types of Waruru series included in Triple Dakgalbi are: Chipotle Waruru Dakgalbi, which features a smoky Mexican flavor and the crunchy texture of nachos; and Cheongyang Waruru Dakgalbi, which combines the spiciness of Cheongyang chili peppers with the sweetness of Cheongyang mayo sauce. Both dishes have garnered enthusiastic responses from young consumers since their launch, becoming a hot topic.
