With the approval of these two zone plans, development plans for a total of five zones have been established over three months since June.
Under the newly approved plan, Najin Shopping Center Buildings 10 and 11 will be developed with a floor area ratio of 949%, resulting in a 22-story building with a total floor area of 44,814 square meters.
