Pungmu Station Prugio The Mark in Gimpo to Begin Sales Next Month

Daewoo Construction announced that it will begin sales next month for "Pungmu Station Prugio The Mark," which will be built in Block B3 of the Pungmu Station Area Urban Development Project in Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province. The complex will consist of 12 buildings with a total of 1,524 units, ranging from two basement levels to 29 floors above ground. As it is located on public land, the price ceiling system will be applied.

The Pungmu Station Area Urban Development Project is a large-scale development covering approximately 870,000 square meters in the Sau-dong area of Gimpo, featuring 6,500 residential units as well as residential, commercial, and cultural infrastructure. The new apartment complex is close to Pungmu Station on the Gimpo Gold Line. It is also adjacent to major arterial roads such as Gimpo Hangang-ro, and the extension of the GTX (Greater Seoul Metropolitan Express Railway) is under review.

There are large supermarkets, a movie theater, city hall, and a courthouse near the complex. More than 96% of the units-1,468 households-are designed as four-bay plate-type layouts. The complex is planned with a central plaza and is designed with cross-ventilation in mind.
