Hana Bank announced that it is holding the "What Kind of Moon for Chuseok?" event from September 23 to October 19 to celebrate Chuseok, Korea's major traditional holiday.
This event allows participants to collect daily entry tickets by joining two Chuseok-themed games and related activities, and redeem them for prizes of their choice. The event will run for approximately four weeks until October 19, and can be accessed through Hana Bank's flagship mobile application, Hana OneQ.
The two Chuseok games are "Ganggangsullae with the Moon," where players can receive a random entry ticket by stopping the Ganggangsullae dance, and "Find the Byeolsongi," where players earn entry tickets by finding hidden Byeolsongi stars on the moon. The two games will be available on alternating weeks. Any customer who completes a simple authentication login on Hana OneQ is eligible to participate in the prize draw.
The entry tickets obtained from the games can be used at the prize exchange center. Once the required number of tickets for each prize is collected, participants can enter for a chance to win one of five prizes: a robot vacuum cleaner, a GoPro, gift certificates, coffee, or cash. Multiple entries are allowed, so the more tickets collected by participating daily, the higher the chances of winning a prize.
Currently, customers who participate in Hana Bank's ongoing "New Customer Integrated Event" can receive an additional five entry tickets. This event celebrates the launch of the non-face-to-face exclusive product "From Today, Hana Installment Savings," which offers an annual interest rate of 7.7% for first-time customers. All first-time customers who sign up for this savings product will receive up to seven cups of MegaMGC coffee.
A Hana Bank representative stated, "We have prepared this event with abundant prizes and enjoyable activities to express our gratitude to our customers during the Chuseok holiday," adding, "We will continue to provide a variety of content and events to ensure customer satisfaction in the future."
