The first residential complex in the Gimpo Pungmu Station Area Urban Development Project will be launched in the market in October. Hoban Construction will supply 956 units of "Hoban Summit Pungmu" (tentative name) in Block B5 of the Gimpo Pungmu Station Area. This marks the beginning of the "Hoban Summit" branded town, which will eventually comprise a total of 2,580 units.
"Hoban Summit Pungmu" will consist of 956 units in total, with floor plans of 84㎡, 112㎡, and 186㎡P (penthouse), across two basement levels and 29 above-ground floors. The biggest advantage of this complex is its prime location, just a five-minute walk from Pungmu Station on the Gimpo Gold Line. The planned extension of Seoul Subway Line 5 to Pungmu Station is expected to further improve accessibility to Seoul in the future. In addition, with the opening of the Punggok Interchange (IC) scheduled for the first half of next year, residents will have even faster car access to Seoul via the Gimpo Hangang-ro.
Furthermore, plots for a kindergarten, elementary school, and middle school are planned right next to the complex, ensuring a safe environment for students to commute to school. Unusually, a university site will also be developed in the area, providing an excellent educational environment. The proximity to educational institutes near Pungmu Station and Sau Station also adds to the convenience.
The complex is designed with a south-facing orientation and a four-bay flat layout (some with five bays) to maximize natural light and ventilation. The development will include a significant number of mid- to large-sized units exceeding 85㎡, which are rare in the Pungmu Station Area. Every unit will be equipped with ample storage space, including a walk-in closet and an entryway storage room.
Another feature is that the price ceiling system will be applied, allowing the units to be supplied at reasonable prices compared to the surrounding market rates. As the first residential complex to be launched in the Pungmu Station Area, it is expected to offer greater price competitiveness than future developments in the area.
Starting with this B5 block, Hoban Construction plans to complete the "Hoban Summit" branded town with a total of 2,580 units by supplying additional units in B4 and C5 blocks.
The model home is scheduled to open in October in the Sau-dong area of Gimpo City.
