Pohang City Hosts "Integrity Talk Concert and Smart Golden Bell"

This event was organized to share experiences on integrity and foster mutual understanding across generations.

The first part featured a talk concert in a discussion format, with the Deputy Mayor and representatives of employees from different ranks (levels 7, 8, and 9) participating. They freely exchanged opinions on topics such as workplace dining culture, work-life balance, and organizational culture improvement, which are common concerns among employees, successfully building empathy.

In the following integrity special lecture, a professional instructor from the Integrity Training Institute shared vivid real-life cases under the theme of "Integrity and Organizational Culture for Public Officials," once again emphasizing the importance of integrity.

Additionally, the "Smart Golden Bell" departed from the traditional format of having only department representatives participate. Instead, it was designed so that all employees could join using their smartphones. The quiz competition was conducted in an accumulative format with no eliminations, allowing everyone to participate until the end and fostering enthusiastic communication among employees.

Deputy Mayor Jang Sanggil said, "Today's talk concert was a meaningful opportunity to communicate directly with employees across generations and ranks," adding, "We will continue to promote a culture of integrity through open communication, making integrity a part of everyday life and building Pohang into a city of integrity that earns the trust of its citizens."
