DL E&C will launch sales for the large-scale redevelopment apartment complex "Acro de Seocho" in October, located at 1333 Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul. The complex will consist of 16 apartment buildings ranging from four basement levels to 39 above-ground floors, offering a total of 1,161 units with exclusive areas from 59 to 170 square meters. Of these, 56 units with an exclusive area of 59 square meters will be available for general sale.
"Acro de Seocho" is a redevelopment project of the Seocho Sindonga 1st and 2nd apartment complexes. It combines a prime Gangnam location with DL E&C's high-end "Acro" brand. As the government’s price ceiling system will be applied, a reasonable sales price is expected.
The complex is located approximately 600 meters in a straight line from Gangnam Station on subway Line 2 and the Shinbundang Line. Gyodae Station (Lines 2 and 3) and Yangjae Station (Line 3) are also nearby, providing excellent access to major business districts in the Gangnam and Seocho areas. The Seocho Interchange on the Gyeongbu Expressway, Gangnam-daero, and Teheran-ro are also easily accessible.
The educational environment is also excellent. The complex is adjacent to Seoi Elementary School, and Seoun Middle School is within walking distance. The Daechi-dong private education district, renowned as the top educational area, is also nearby, making the complex highly attractive to parents.
In addition, major commercial facilities such as Gangnam Shinsegae Department Store, E-Mart, and Costco, as well as the Seoul Arts Center, Gangnam Severance Hospital, and St. Mary's Hospital, are all located within a 2-kilometer radius. The nearby site of the Defense Security Command is being developed into a business and cultural complex. The "Seoripul Complex Development" project, which aims for completion by 2030, is also underway. There are also plans to build an underground expressway (Yangjae to Hannam), which is expected to further improve transportation convenience and the living environment in the future.
The "Acro Garden Collection" will be implemented in the complex, providing themed landscaping spaces such as a welcome garden, a water garden, and a tea lounge cascade. The "Club Acro" community will feature facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness center, screen golf, Pilates room, and private study rooms to support a premium lifestyle for residents. Distinctive facilities such as a sky lounge, a grand library, and a long-distance golf room will also be provided.
The complex will also adopt the "D-Silent Floor" and "D-Silence Service" to reduce noise between floors. Energy-saving systems such as automatic food waste transfer equipment and geothermal and solar power generation will be introduced. Parking spaces will be provided at a ratio of 1.58 vehicles per unit, and an artificial intelligence (AI)-based parking guidance and control system will be operated.
A DL E&C representative stated, "As the final redevelopment project among the 'Five Brothers' in Seocho 2-dong, it is attracting significant attention," adding, "We will set a new standard worthy of the Acro brand's reputation."
Move-in is scheduled for January 2029.
