NH NongHyup Bank Begins Building Group Data Integration Infrastructure

NH NongHyup Bank announced on the 21st that it has begun building a group data integration infrastructure to consolidate and utilize data from its affiliates. NH NongHyup Life Insurance, NH NongHyup Property & Casualty Insurance, and NH Investment & Securities, among other affiliates of NongHyup Financial Group, are participating in the project, which is scheduled for completion by May next year.

This project aims to systematically integrate and manage data that has previously been distributed and managed separately by each affiliate, at the group level. The standardized data will be made available for joint use among affiliates. Through this initiative, the company plans to gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer financial journey across the entire organization, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen the competitiveness of the NH All-One Bank super platform. The standardized product classification system will also enable the provision of customized products for customers.

NongHyup Financial Group plans to establish a group-wide data management system to supplement the data policies of its affiliates and to advance data governance. In addition, leveraging its nationwide network and the values of cooperation and mutual growth, the group intends to continuously strengthen synergy and competitiveness through the integrated data infrastructure.
