HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 19th that it had awarded its partner companies that contributed to achieving zero accidents in order to establish a safety-first culture.

원본보기 아이콘On this day, at the Daeyeon THE I.L and Changwon Central IPARK sites, HDC Hyundai Development Company presented zero-accident achievement certificates to partner companies that contributed to reaching one million accident-free hours, and provided rewards through its mutual growth cooperation fund.
The event was attended by CEO (CSO) Cho Taeje, other executives and employees of HDC Hyundai Development Company, and representatives from six partner companies. The purpose of this awards ceremony was to encourage partner companies that contributed to zero-accident achievements, strengthen safety management at sites with partners, and raise workers' awareness of safety.
Recently, HDC Hyundai Development Company established a new reward category for partner companies within its zero-accident reward criteria. According to this new category, the company selects partner companies based on their accident-free record and level of contribution, and provides rewards using the mutual growth cooperation fund.
Cho Taeje, CEO of HDC Hyundai Development Company, stated, "Achieving zero accidents is the result of everyone at the site voluntarily striving for safety and continuously cooperating with each other. Moving forward, we will continue to foster mutual growth with our partners and build a site culture that prioritizes safety above all for all stakeholders."
