Safety "First Step"... Ulsan City to Hold "Safety Experience with Families" Event on the 20th

For Families with Children Aged 5 and Older at Ulsan Grand Park
Experience 12 Types of Safety Activities and Participate in a Safety Essay Contest

Ulsan City announced that the "2025 Safety Experience with Families" event will be held at 10 a.m. on September 20 at the SK Square in Ulsan Grand Park.

This event is designed to provide children with practical safety knowledge that can be applied in daily life and to enhance a shared sense of safety among family members.

The event is organized by the Ulsan Citizens’ Coalition for Safety Practice and targets over 100 families (about 400 people) with children aged five and older or elementary school students.

The safety experience activities will be available at a total of 12 booths, where participants can experience various types of disasters, including traffic safety, fire safety, maritime safety, gas safety, industrial safety, bicycle safety, earthquakes, and crowd safety in densely populated areas.

Additionally, participants can learn essential safety rules closely related to daily life, such as cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR), self-defense techniques, how to use a fire extinguisher, and the drunk goggles experience.

Furthermore, a safety essay contest and allergy reaction tests for children, among various other side events, will add to the richness of the event.

An official from Ulsan City stated, "We hope this event will provide children with the opportunity to learn how to protect themselves in disasters and dangerous situations, and that by sharing awareness of safety among all family members, it will naturally lead to the practice of safety rules in daily life."
