Ryu Jemyoung, the Second Vice Minister of Science and ICT (left), and Kwon Daeyoung, Vice Chairman of the Financial Services Commission, attended a joint briefing between the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Financial Services Commission on September 19 at the Seoul Government Complex in Jongno-gu, Seoul, to address hacking response measures. Representatives from Lotte Card and KT were also present at the briefing and answered questions from the press.
