Ryu Jemyung, the Second Vice Minister of Science and ICT (right), and Kwon Daeyoung, Vice Chairman of the Financial Services Commission, are holding a joint briefing between the Ministry of Science and ICT and the Financial Services Commission on September 19, 2025, at the Government Complex Seoul in Jongno-gu, Seoul, to address hacking response measures. Representatives from Lotte Card and KT were also present at the briefing to answer questions from the press.
