On September 18, the Han River Bus, carrying Seoul Mayor Oh Sehoon and reporters, passed under the Dongjak Bridge, where subway trains run during the morning commute, as it began its official operations. The Han River Bus officially started operating from 11 a.m. after the launch trial event was canceled the previous day due to heavy rain. Operations of the Han River Bus may be restricted depending on weather conditions such as heavy rain or freezing.
